Cancellation Policy

We require 24 HOURS notice for any cancellations due to anything but an emergency.

If a student becomes ill the day of their lesson please call or text by 10 AM.

If the student is unable to attend in-person but can do a virtual lesson on Zoom, please let us know and we will be able to accommodate for the same lesson time.
If a student has to miss a lesson for any reason, their teacher will create a Virtual Makeup Lesson using our LessonMate platform. They can work on this lesson material at their convenience before the next lesson. This ensures that the student will keep their learning momentum going by not going a full week before their next lesson.

Weather-Related Closures

Those lessons will be taught virtually on Zoom (when possible) or the teacher will create a virtual makeup lesson via LessonMate.

LessonMate

If a student has to miss a lesson for any reason, their teacher will create a virtual makeup on our LessonMate portal. This ensures that the student will keep their learning momentum going by not going a full week before their next lesson.

 

When the first lesson is made for each student they’ll receive their sign in information by email along with a brief video introducing LessonMate. They’ll receive an email for every subsequent lesson and they can see all their past lessons on one simple dashboard.

You can log into LessonMate at any time by visiting app.lessonmate.org. The username is your email, and the password is the student's first name with no capital letters.
